We have the latest Car-O-Tronic 3D measuring and chassis system which makes sure your car is repaired back to factory measurements. We are fully trained and approved for the following manufacturers: Mazda, Mitsubishi, Holden and Hyundai. We also repair all other vehicle makes and models. Our staff are i-Car certified repairers and we take pride in continuous training. Bring your vehicle in and we will assess it for you.

PAINT SHOP

We have a state of the art spray bake booth and preparation area that enables us to duplicate factory finish. Our team participates in regular training with our paint manufacturers to keep up to date with the latest techniques and products.

We can repair any size vehicle with stone chips and scratches, up to a full body respray, leaving your vehicle looking like new.

INSURANCE CLAIMS

Our staff will fully assess your vehicle and give you all the repair information you need for your claim. We have repair contracts with the major insurance companies. We will help take the hassle out of the claim process and get your repairs underway as quickly as possible.

This is the second time I have my car fixed at Tandem Smash for insurance claims and I really rate them. They dealt directly with my insurance company and booked me in for repairs within days of my assessment. The assessment was quick and efficient. Reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off, and even provide a bag of fudge on pickup 😁. Only thing to note is courtesy cars are $10/day (which, in this economy, I can't blame them!)

Absolutely stoked with the service we received from Tandem Smash Repairs. From our first enquiry by phone, we were made to feel welcome. Staff on the front counter were friendly and helpful, and we were thoroughly briefed by the estimator at every juncture. The loan car we received was clean, tidy and a pleasure to drive.
